Great customer service. The team was very helpful. Keenan was very result oriented in his approach. I could not gather the name of the trainee over there, but he too was very customer focused & wanted to genuinely help. I was majorly impressed by everyone's knowledge out there. Definitely a must go place for me.

Came this morning to Myaree branch. Bad customer service and very understaff. Waited forever to pay for just 1 item only until eventually I have to walk out and cancel the purchase. The staff is mute and did not even bother to say few words, perhaps to wait.

i have been into the shop twice. each time i was greeted courteously and ask if i needed assistance. when told what i wanted, i was led to the product i wanted. pity i can't give you six stars

Altronics is 1 of my dream stores. I stand outside dreaming of having enough money to buy all the great electronic items they sell. It's a great place to buy little things to help connect your technology devices together or but Man Toys" for the "Man Cave"."
