I purchased my lounge and tv a few months ago and customer was really good , they told me they deliver for $80 and will set it up and also take all the rubbish with them , and I thought that amazing as there’s so much cardboard to get rid of , when it came to the day they delivered it unfortunately they just drop it inside the house and left , didn’t help with the set up at all , so that was really disappointing since the service was really good in store and I’m still trying to get ride of all the cardboard nowCustomer service goes a long way but if you talk every thing up and say you’ll do something and then don’t follow up with it , it’s really disappointingFurniture was amazing but
